Glide over clear, tropical waters, protected seagrass beds, and mangrove jungles that are home to hundreds of species of marine life including sponges, stingrays, nurse sharks and fishes. You’re likely to see many of the over 250 wading, fishing and song birds that live here, including herons, egrets, gulls, osprey and the magnificent frigate bird. Look hard in the mangrove branches and you may even spot bright green iguanas! Our kayak rentals in Tavernier are the perfect way to explore the beauty of the Florida Keys.
